Welcome to The Luxe Dose ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at www.theluxedose.com ("Website") and any services, content, or communications offered through our practice or website.
By accessing or using our Website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Website or services.
1. Medical Disclaimer
All content provided on this Website is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a licensed healthcare professional before making decisions regarding your health or treatment plans.
2. Services and Appointments
The Luxe Dose provides medical spa and aesthetic services by appointment only. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- You will receive an automated email 48 hours before your appointment. Kindly confirm your appointment through the email, otherwise we cannot guarantee that we can hold the appointment.
- Our booking policy requires $100 for returning patients, $300 for threads & for new patients requires a $150 non refundable deposit for all appointments which applies to your procedure or purchase from the day of the appointment only. This can be payed via card, Venmo or we can send you a link to pay it. If you have a card on file we will charge that card.
- Additionally, all appointments must be rescheduled at least 48 hours before the original appointment date. Please note that when you cancel an appointment within 48 hrs we transfer your $150 to the next appointment. However, if you need to cancel the rescheduled appointment even if done within 48 hrs, you will forfeit the deposit, & we will require a new deposit to re-book. Card on file is charged when booking.
- Late cancellations/no shows will receive a $250 fee automatically. There are no exceptions.
- Please text when you arrive on the day of your appointment. DO NOT come up until the office gives you confirmation to do so.
3. Payment and Refund Policy
All services at The Luxe Dose must be paid for at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards and other forms of electronic payment.
Due to the nature of aesthetic services, we do not offer refunds for services rendered. Unopened retail products may be returned within 10 days of purchase for store credit or exchange.

5. Intellectual Property
